That is why we have brought your rewards, ordering and member benefits together in FeedVibe. Existing members can reconnect using their registered number, while new customers are welcome to join too.

If you previously provided your phone number at our cashier, you may already be registered in our system.
Simply sign in to FeedVibe using the same phone number registered at Jom Claypot. This allows FeedVibe to connect you to your existing customer profile, membership points and available vouchers.
Please do not register with a different phone number, as your existing membership details may not be connected to the new account.

Download the FeedVibe app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Sign In
After signing in, go to eMerchant in the FeedVibe app.
Open eMerchant
Sign in using the same phone number you previously registered at the Jom Claypot cashier. If you are a new customer, register using your current phone number.
Join Membership
Select “Join Membership” and complete the registration process.
Search for Jom Claypot
Enter Jom Claypot in the search bar and select our merchant profile. Select “Claim Loyalty Perks in Mini Program Now”
Access Your Member Features
Once you have joined, you can access your Jom Claypot member features, available vouchers and loyalty rewards through the app.

I previously registered my phone number at Jom Claypot. Do I need to register again?
You do not need to create a separate customer profile. Sign in to FeedVibe using the same phone number you registered at our cashier, then follow the steps to join the Jom Claypot Membership Program.

Where can I find my Jom Claypot vouchers?
Once you have signed in and joined the Jom Claypot Membership Program, all available vouchers will automatically appear in your FeedVibe profile.
Open the “Me” tab in the FeedVibe app to view your available vouchers and their expiry dates.
How do I collect points?
Use your registered FeedVibe account when placing eligible orders. This allows your purchases to be recorded under your Jom Claypot membership profile.
What happens if I use a different phone number?
Your existing customer profile, points or vouchers may not be connected to the new account. Please use the same phone number previously registered with Jom Claypot.
