Frequently asked questions
I registered at the Jom Claypot cashier before. How do I sign in?
Select Forgot Password and enter the same phone number you registered at our POS. You will receive an OTP to create your password for the first time. This activates access to your existing profile—it does not create a second account.
I am completely new. How do I join?
Continue in your browser, select Join Membership and complete your details. Then select “Join to access member features” and tap Continue.
Where can I find my Jom Claypot vouchers?
After you join, your available vouchers will appear in your membership profile. In FeedVibe, open the Me tab to view your vouchers and expiry dates.
Can I order without the FeedVibe app?
Yes. Scan the table QR code with your phone camera and continue ordering in your browser. You may also add the member page to your Home Screen for quicker access next time.
Do I need to download FeedVibe to join?
No. The quickest option is to continue in your browser. FeedVibe is optional and can be downloaded later for convenient access during future visits.

What if I use a different phone number?
Your existing profile, points or vouchers may not connect to the new account. Always use the same phone number previously registered with Jom Claypot.
