  • Only available at selected Jom Claypot outlets for dine-in orders only.

  • RM3 Welcome Voucher is redeemable on the next visit within fourteen (14) days from the date of issuance and does not require any minimum purchase.

  • Birthday Month Special entitles members to a 10% discount during their birthday month with a minimum spend of RM25 and a maximum discount cap of RM5 per single receipt.

  • Free Coffee Reward is redeemable upon leaving a valid 5-star rating and presenting proof of the rating to the cashier at the counter.

  • Teatime Promotion is available daily from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM for selected items only and at selected outlets.

  • A 10% discount (capped at RM5 per receipt) is available for university/college students and uniformed personnel upon presentation of a valid identification card. This offer is strictly for use by the cardholder only and is applicable for front counter orders only.

  • Unlimited Pan Mee Refill promotion is applicable to selected Pan Mee dishes only.

    • Unlimited Pan Mee Refill entitles customers to noodle refill only and does not include full dish replacement.

    • Refill is only available after the original serving has been finished.

    • Customers are required to present their bowl at the cashier counter to request noodle refill.

    • Additional toppings, add-ons, or side items are chargeable.

  • Promotions are not applicable with other ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers, or offers unless stated otherwise.
