Monthly Income Package:
RM2,395 – RM2,750++

About The Role
We are looking for a kitchen assistant to support our restaurant kitchen team.
This is not only a food preparation role. The main responsibility is to help ensure the kitchen team follows our company SOP, food preparation standards, hygiene standards, and food presentation requirements.
You will work closely with the kitchen crew and help make sure every order is prepared correctly, consistently, and according to Jom Claypot standards.
Main Responsibilities
Monitor daily food preparation
Make sure ingredients are prepared according to SOP
Check that food presentation follows company standard
Ensure no ingredients are missed before serving
Support the kitchen team during operation
Remind crew to follow hygiene and cleanliness standards
Assist with daily stock and inventory checking
Check ingredient arrangement, labelling, and storage
Help maintain kitchen cleanliness and organisation
Report issues to supervisor or management
Assist with basic customer service when needed
Important: This is mainly a monitoring and quality control role.
This position is not a main cooking or food preparation role. Your main responsibility is to monitor the kitchen team and make sure food preparation, ingredients, food presentation, hygiene, cleanliness, and inventory follow company SOP.
You are required to check, remind, guide, and report when standards are not followed. Basic support may be needed during busy hours, but the main focus is kitchen monitoring, SOP control, food quality, and daily operation support.
Who We Are Looking For
Kitchen experience is helpful, but attitude and responsibility are more important. Training will be provided.
